The makers of pornography inspired by the flavours of Ben
& Jerry’s ice cream have been ordered to stop selling the films following a
lawsuit.
Caballero Films, who made titles such as ‘Boston Cream Thigh’ and
‘Peanut Butter D-cup’, named their movies after the flavours and also packaged
them in covers reminiscent of the ice cream. The Los Angeles Porn makers were
found to be infringing copyright laws and ‘besmirching’ the company name with
its ‘Ben & Cherry’s’ series.
