Tom Cruise Sues Magazines For Defamation

Tom Cruise has filed a $50 million against Bauer Publishing company after two of their magazines claimed he abandoned his daughter after his divorce from Katie Holmes.

It was revealed in a 48 page document how Cruise did not see daughter Suri for 110 days after his split from the Dawson's Creek actress. It was implied that his Scientology religion may have had something to do with this and that he is a bad parent for allowing such an occurrence.
