A hunter misfired and scared the shit out of someone – literally!
A Norwegian hunter was taking aim a at mouse when his shot went awry, striking through the wall of a nearby cabin and planting itself in the stomach of a very surprised man using the loo.
The victim, said to be in his seventies, was shot in the stomach and airlifted to hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening, said leading investigative officer Anders Stroemsaether.
The hunter was taken for questioning in Hvaler, around 74 miles South-East of the capital, Oslo.
He is said to have been cursing that damn moose the whole way. While it sniggered in the rear-view mirror.
